HR Strategy Partner

As an HR Strategy Partner at Dr. Martens, you will play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and delivering it through effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR strategy, while making a real impact on our business.
About the RoleThis is a part-time and fixed-term role, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing expert HR support and leadership in talent management, learning and development, building organisational capability and exceptional employee experiences that foster growth, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
Your Key Responsibilities- Coaching and guiding leaders on people-related matters, helping build high-performing teams, improving engagement, and driving organisational change.
- Managing employee lifecycle processes, such as, talent reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, and engagement surveys, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to attract, retain, and develop top talent, implementing programs for growth and succession planning.
- Partnering with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee data, smooth process execution, and support at every stage of the employee journey.
- Using HR analytics to provide insights on trends, engagement, retention, and performance, offering actionable recommendations.
- Promoting the company's culture and values to enhance employee satisfaction and drive business success.
- Supporting business, HR projects and initiatives.
- A part-time experienced HR partner, passionate about talent development, building organisational capability, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- A growth mindset, skilled in coaching, developing managers, and fostering continuous learning.
- Experience in leveraging HR CoEs, data analytics, managers, and leaders to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
- A problem solver with a collaborative approach and the ability to navigate change, unlocking high performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with strong data analytical skills.
- Flexibility, organised, and open to occasional travel inside and outside the UK as required.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000, depending on experience.
