Salary: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assess and manage acutely ill patients, initiate investigations and stabilize conditions.
  • Making independent decisions on admissions, transfers and discharges while working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Performing life-saving procedures and managing critical conditions.
  • Supervising junior staff, providing guidance and training healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical field - Acute Medicine preferred.
  • NHS experience is highly desirable.
  • Someone seeking long-term growth with the trust, though initially a fixed-term role.
