About the Role
  • You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement behavior management strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Assist students during classroom activities, promoting their engagement and understanding of complex concepts.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with Personal Care and Social Emotional needs, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
  • Comfortable providing personal care and implementing behavior management strategies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (mandatory).
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided; candidates on skilled worker visas are not eligible).
