Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our client's HR Shared Services Team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality advice on all aspects of employee relations, including case management and complex issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with business policies and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive case management support, including high-complexity cases and large volumes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including ER and Legal teams.
  • Support business projects, such as consultation and TUPE, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing ways of working and team effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-complexity employee relations cases at volume.
  • Background in shared services, with a strong understanding of ER case management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, driving positive outcomes.
