Workforce Planning and Organisational Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality business support to the Workforce Planning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various activities related to recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding, and onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Deliver effective business support activities within a busy team.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, candidates, and new employees.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
