Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Planning and Organisation Development Coordinator to join our team on an interim basis.

This role will support the Workforce Planning and Development team by providing high-quality business support.

Key responsibilities include carrying out various activities related to recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding and onboarding of new colleagues, learning and training activities.

As a successful candidate, you will have great interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, candidates and new employees.

You will have experience of delivering effective business support activities within a busy team and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
