Children's Youth Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Mentor to join our team at Aspire People. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial support and guidance to students facing social and emotional challenges in our school catering for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Shifnal.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Youth Mentor or in a similar role, relevant qualifications or certifications in youth work or a related field, and a passion for supporting students with SEMH. Responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of belonging and trust, and providing essential support and guidance to students facing social and emotional challenges.
Key Requirements:
⟁ Previous experience as a Youth Mentor or in a similar role
⟁ Relevant qualifications or certifications in youth work or a related field
