Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with their daily care needs, including personal care and medication administration
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Participating in care planning and implementation
- Observing and reporting any changes in client condition
This role requires a minimum of 3 X38.5 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing care needs. In return for your commitment and compassion, you can expect:
