About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at Ark Housing Association Ltd. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in Hawick, enabling them to live full lives and be involved in their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals.
  • Communicate and work well with supported people to provide individual care and maintain positive relationships.
  • Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Maintain accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, paid monthly based on hours worked. Additionally, we offer fully funded PVG & 1st year SSSC registration, Blue Light Card, and statutory annual leave paid monthly.
