Care Assistant Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as participating in holistic caring activities and promoting independence. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in residents' condition and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of care work in a hospital, care or nursing home setting. A passion for care of the elderly and relevant qualifications, such as NVQ2/SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care, would be desirable but not essential.
