Job Description:

A highly skilled Data Engineer/Bi Analyst is required by Arc IT Recruitment to work with one of our prestigious Financial Services clients. Our client is a leading company in the industry, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working across the Data Warehouse and Reporting Infrastructure to analyze business requirements, design and develop reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights from data. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools will be essential in driving business results forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure using Power BI or similar tools
  • Work with SQL Server to extract, transform, and load data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and business intelligence

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Data Engineer/BI Analyst role
  • Strong experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and data manipulation
  • Experience with Azure is a plus, but not essential
  • Knowledge of R or Python is a bonus

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the Worthing office.
