Private Client Wealth Administrator

Oval Recruit Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Wealth Administrator to join their team in Surrey. As a key member of the Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Private Client Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client meetings, including setting up and arranging documentation.
  • Create client suitability reports, including transfer analysis and new client portfolio analysis.
  • Maintain accurate client data across all systems and take dealing instructions from clients and Directors.
  • Liaise closely with back office staff and client servicing team to ensure best practice and best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client team on relevant projects and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar Private Client Investment, Financial Planning or Wealth Management organisation.
  • Experience of working with investment/wealth/financial planning products.
  • Proven client-focused background with a strong proactive and energetic approach to work.
  • Good educational background, ideally working towards Financial Planning and/or Investment qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
