Our client, a prominent player in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager - Technical Coordinator to join their team based in Frimley. This is a contract position within the Submarine Solutions business unit, offering a unique opportunity to support critical defence projects with full-time onsite commitment. The role spans 12 months and requires expertise in administrative coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of various technical processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to technical teams
  • Coordinating and organising documentation, schedules, and communications
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of technical reports and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to technical activities
  • Facilitating smooth communication between project stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with security protocols including BPSS and SC clearance requirements
  • Handling other administrative tasks as required to support the technical team


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative roles within technical or defence environments
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in using various administrative tools and software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
