MICE Operations Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a MICE Operations Co-ordinator to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a MICE Operations Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a web-based portal for all services needed to develop successful tours and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in projects related to the development of the segment.
  • Cross-sell and promote various destinations and products offered by the network of offices across Europe.
  • Conduct site inspections of hotels, restaurants, and other venues as required.
  • Attend VIP/key events to help with coordination and service delivery as needed.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
  • Focused on revenue, customer satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Experience in creating and delivering high-quality event documentation.
  • Some marketing knowledge, especially in the use of social media and other marketing tools, is preferable.

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid role with 2 days a week in the offices in the City of London.
