MICE Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MICE Operations Coordinator to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a web-based portal for event services and products.
  • Collect and optimize tariffs for non-contracted products and services.
  • Catalogue all products in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Participate in projects related to event development and growth.
  • Support the sales process by producing offer letters and addressing client queries.
  • Execute itinerary and revenue checks.
  • Cross-sell and promote destinations and products offered by our network of offices.
  • Advise sales on suitable products and services based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate booking requests with operations teams.
  • Support the booking process and conduct site inspections as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a support or coordinator role within a MICE team.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
  • Focused on revenue, customer satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Proven background in creating and operating MICE and SIT packages is desirable.
  • Experience in creating and delivering event documentation.
  • Some marketing knowledge, especially in the use of social media and marketing tools, is preferable.
