We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our team at Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and efficient transaction processing.
- Conduct thorough title checks and respond to enquiries on sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
- Liaise with clients to agree exchange and completion dates, ensuring timely and smooth transaction completion.
- Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Obligations (SOF) checks, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a caseload of complex conveyancing transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
