We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancer to manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties to ensure seamless transaction progression.
- Title checking and dealing with enquiries on a sale to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Mentoring junior members of the team to support their professional development.
- Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates, ensuring timely and efficient transaction completion.
- Carrying out AML & SOF checks to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
