Senior Associate Conveyancer
**Job Summary**
A leading law firm in the heart of Leeds is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Conveyancer to oversee a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions. As a key member of the conveyancing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of conveyancers and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a team of conveyancers to achieve high-quality transaction outcomes
* Oversee a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction execution
* Develop and implement effective processes to improve transaction efficiency
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 3 years conveyancing fee-earning experience
* Proven experience dealing with new build matters
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
