A leading law firm in the centre of Leeds is seeking a Senior Associate Conveyancer to manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, and opportunities for career progression.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and new build matters
* Work closely with the conveyancing team to ensure efficient and effective transaction management
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 3 years conveyancing fee earning experience
* Experience dealing with new build matters
