Internal Sales Manager - Asset Finance

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join our Asset Finance team due to growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with a defined list of brokers and introducers to generate sufficient deals and achieve or exceed targeted business.
  • Establish and maintain a robust contact strategy for each broker and/or introductory source to strengthen relationships.
  • Take ownership of a pipeline of deals with relevant brokers and/or introductory source contacts to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to explore and negotiate alternative terms to secure challenging deals.
  • Fully engage with and sell the value proposition to broker and/or introductory source contacts.
  • Ensure deals are managed in line with Credit Policy.
  • Attend meetings with brokers and/or introductory sources as necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for these brokers and introductory sources to assist in structuring deals.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues to maximize business opportunities.
  • Achieve new business targets as set by the Head of Asset Finance.
  • Maintain compliance standards and complete all mandatory online training modules and attestations in a timely manner.

As an experienced Sales Support or Sales professional in an Asset Finance background, you will have a proven track record of success.
