Care Support Professional with Complex Needs Experience

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team in the South of Kent. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with clients who require complex care support, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one care support to clients with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and long-term disabilities.
- Assist clients with clinical interventions overnight, guaranteeing their comfort and safety.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and the regular care team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators, and seizure management is essential.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries is mandatory.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.
- You must be willing to commute to locations including Ashford, Deal, Folkestone, Dover, and New Romney.
- A commitment to a full-time contract is necessary.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £16.45-£18.80
- Enhanced rates for bank holiday work: £32.90 per hour
- Paid mileage: 45p per mile (over 20 miles from home)
