About the Role
Care UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care assistants to provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders to create personalized care plans
- Administer medication and record vital information
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure resident safety
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and improve care services
About You
We are looking for a caring and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. A background in health and social care, particularly in care planning and team leadership, is desirable.
