About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager to join our team at SUEZ UK. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth and success of our recycling and recovery business.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that help us deliver innovative and environmentally responsible solutions for water and waste management. You will be responsible for introducing our services to new clients in your area, spotting development opportunities, and negotiating and configuring contracts with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and configure contracts with new customers
  • Ensure seamless implementation of new contracts to deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of winning and developing new large customers
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen
  • Experience in senior sales roles, with a focus on delivering high service levels and creating a great customer experience
  • UK waste and resource management industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential
