We are seeking a skilled Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at 21 HSC LIMITED. As a Support Worker, you will provide support and care to individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions
