Key Responsibilities

As a Jewellery Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations for assigned locations, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and efficient sales execution. Your duties will include:

  • Supervising backend sales operations and coordinating with the logistics and shipping team.
  • Preparing for exhibitions and trade shows, including strategy development and coordination with the design and graphics teams.
  • Providing monthly and quarterly sales reports to management, highlighting current projects and sales performance.
  • Building and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, including order opening, pricing, and cataloguing.
  • Managing client relationships, providing after-sales services, and generating new leads through cold calling and client meetings.
  • Coordinating with the sales team, factories, and design teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-9 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury jewellery industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor the sales team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
