De Beers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Jewellery Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement in the high-end jewellery market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote high-end jewellery products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Strong experience in the luxury jewellery industry with a proven track record of sales success.
- Deep understanding of the high-end jewellery market and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
