Job Title: High Jewellery Sales Professional

De Beers Group, the Home of Diamonds since 1888, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Jewellery Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prospect and acquire new high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HNWI clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new HNWI clients.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure accurate stock allocation and calendar management.
  • Provide feedback on high jewellery collections, market trends, and client requests to the global high jewellery special order team and product team.
  • Assist stores in following up on high jewellery requests and negotiations to maximize sales success.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in the luxury jewellery industry, with a deep understanding of brand heritage and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Commercial instinct, socialite, and multicultural background.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage.
