Head of Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of infrastructure engineers and drive the delivery of high-quality, reliable network and infrastructure platforms that meet organisational needs.

The role involves collaborating with the Lead Architect to define new architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale enterprise systems, as well as utilising automation capabilities across the environment and establishing processes that promote efficiency and solve day-to-day user problems.

• Lead Infrastructure engineering teams to deliver stable network and infrastructure platforms that meet organisational needs within time and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to develop a technical roadmap in alignment with the business and technology strategy.
• Implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team processes, including network and infrastructure performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, significant experience in operational management of platforms/infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise, and proven experience in leadership roles. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, progression opportunities, and a supportive assistant director with 25+ years' experience in a range of technical and leadership roles.
