Job Description

As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance systems that handle billions of queries every single day. Our team focuses on providing Apple engineers with the most productive experience to develop, deliver, and handle modern cloud-based applications. We own the tools and services used by internal Apple engineers to develop, deploy, and manage their applications, including SDKs, IDEs, source code management tools, artifact management tools, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that focuses on developer tooling for both vendor and internal services.
  • Design, author, and release code in languages like Go or Python with a focus on automating manual operations in the Linux environment.
  • Instill strong communication within the team and across the engineering organization.
  • Foster a culture of visibility and transparency across teams.
  • Be hands-on solving problems and participate in the on-call rotation handling critical services.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing a team that focuses on developer tooling.
  • Ability to design and release code in languages like Go or Python.
