The Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Care Assistant, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver tailored care, supporting residents with daily activities, medication, and more. Your warm approach, excellent communication skills, and can-do attitude will shine through in everything you do.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a strong empathetic nature. You'll also need to be flexible, as this is a bank position, providing cover for annual leave, sick leave, or other absences.
