The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and motivating their team to deliver high-quality care, supporting residents with personal needs, and administering medication while maintaining accurate records.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about caring for older people. The ideal candidate will have a kind and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents.
  • Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a care setting (preferably leading a team).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
