About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a critical role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with customers, and work within our company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide the best possible outcome and experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accounts and contact customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options
  • Build rapport with customers and provide empathy and compassion in a professional manner
  • Work within company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide the best possible outcome and experience for customers
  • Meet key performance indicators to increase salary
Requirements
  • Experience in a financial services or customer service environment (not essential)
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • IT literate
