About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Drainage Modelling Specialist to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Clean Water Network team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and supporting the growth of our Urban Drainage Modelling capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume Technical Lead role on projects to ensure AtkinsRéalis delivers Smarter, Faster and More Reliable outcomes for its clients.
  • Undertake Project Director role on projects where required.
  • Undertake Programme / Framework Manager roles on strategic / multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Promote staff development through training, on-the-job experience, and personal development.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified, with appropriate professional qualifications.
  • Broad range of experience in Model Build and Verification, Model Maintenance, Hydraulic and Water Quality Analysis, Integrated Catchment Modelling, Catchment Planning, Solution Development, and Technical Leadership.
  • Demonstrable track record of technical achievement and client satisfaction within the water industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive outlook and approachable manner.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal staff and external Clients.
  • Ability to be flexible and to be able to multi-task and prioritize when necessary.
