About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Urban Drainage Modelling Expert to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As an Assistant to Principal, you will play a key role in delivering projects related to water and wastewater management, including the design of water supply networks and trunk mains, drainage network improvement schemes, and flood risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain computer models to investigate flooding and environmental problems
  • Analyze data to support project deliverables
  • Support the development of reports and other project outputs
  • Conduct site surveys and walkovers
  • Prepare and adhere to health and safety risk assessments
Requirements
  • BSc/BEng/MEng degree in a relevant field, such as geography, GIS, science, or engineering
  • Technician roles require HNC/HND level qualification in a similar subject
  • Experience with urban drainage modelling software, such as InfoWorks ICM or CS, and GIS packages like ARC or MapInfo
