Quality Auditor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Auditor to join our team at 1st Choice Staff Recruitment. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality across our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct daily factory walks to ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards
* Collaborate with the hygiene team on food-safe cleaning practices
* Manage swabbing, chemical, microbiological, and nutritional testing
* Conduct product testing, traceability, and investigate non-conformances
* Ensure Certificates of Analysis are sent on time
* Handle daily tasks like equipment calibration and sample collection
* Cover for Quality Controllers and support raw material intake

**Requirements:**

* Experience in food manufacturing
* Level 2/3 HACCP and internal auditing certification
* Attention to detail and computer literacy

* Rotating shifts - 4 on, 4 off (6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am)
