Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in managing quality certifications, audits, and equipment calibrations. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining standards for quality operating methods, processes, and procedures.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about quality and has a strong commitment to continuous improvement. If you have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, and are looking for a challenging role that will allow you to make a real impact, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain quality certifications such as ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO and various hazardous area product approvals.
  • Ensure that audits, non-conformances, and equipment calibrations are progressed and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain standards for quality operating methods, processes, and procedures.
  • Determine present standards and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
Requirements
  • HNC or higher in engineering or related field is required.
  • Auditor trained CQI-IRCA ISO 9001:2015 or similar.
  • Level 5 qualification or above in Quality Assurance.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive quality experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing quality processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Knowledge of quality management and improvement practices and programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP is desired.
