The purpose of the Traffic Manager role at Control Risks is to ensure the timely production of high-quality marketing content by managing workflows from Marketing teams through to Content, Creative, and Digital teams, serving a growing and dynamic global business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and refine submitted briefs to ensure clarity and completeness, engaging with Marketers to produce effective briefs for efficient activation by the Content, Creative, and Digital teams.
  • Prioritize tasks based on true urgency and business objectives, maintaining a master project tracker to ensure seamless project management.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of tasks across the Content, Creative, and Digital teams, balancing demand from Marketers against the teams' capacity.
  • Liaise with Marketers and the Content, Creative, and Digital Teams to manage ongoing scheduling and delivery timelines, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes and mapping requirements for the switch to a digital asset manager.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface between Marketing teams and the Content, Creative, and Digital teams, demonstrating mastery of the briefing process and understanding of all stakeholders' requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve workflow issues and keep projects on track, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure project schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations are met, maintaining high-quality marketing content.
  • Proficient in traffic management, project management software tools, and the use of digital asset managers, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices.
