About The Position

We are seeking a Site Installation Manager to become a vital part of our Installations Team. This position entails working at various customer locations and may require occasional travel to different branches across the UK. As a Site Installation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to supervise all personnel on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the quality of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold company values and ensure consistency in the execution of business strategies.
  • Oversee all phases of projects from initial planning to final execution.
  • Coordinate with the Installation Manager to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues.
  • Manage on-site Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) processes and communicate installation strategies.
  • Direct Installation Operatives and subcontractors during site operations.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles while ensuring safety on-site.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Experience in construction environments, adaptability to varying work hours, and possession of a Full UK driving license.

Preferred:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision or equivalent qualifications.
  • SSSTS certification.
  • IOSH Managing Safety certification.
  • Forklift operating license.
  • CSCS gold card.
  • National Water Hygiene Card.
  • Relevant industry experience.
