Job Title: Support Worker for Autistic Girl Leeds 28 Car Driver

We are seeking a reliable and patient support worker to assist with the care and support of our 12-year-old daughter, who has autism and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, transportation, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Accompany our daughter on outings and activities, including shopping, parks, and playgrounds
  • Support our daughter with her learning and development, including teaching her about road safety and stranger danger
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments and activities
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and own personal car
  • Experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities
  • Patience, understanding, and a calm demeanor
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and school holidays
