Classroom Leadership Assistant

Vision for Education - Manchester invites applications from motivated individuals who wish to start a career in education or seek a change of direction. As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding classes of around 30 students in the absence of the class teacher, facilitating learning, managing classroom dynamics, maintaining accurate registers, and handing over smoothly to the absent teacher.
Key Requirements- Natural leadership skills to guide a lesson in the teacher's absence
- Experience supporting young people in a sports coaching, mentor, or similar role
- Suitable references required
- A valid DBS Check necessary
- The Right to Work in the UK required
We offer a comprehensive training programme developed by Vision for Education and North East Partnership SCITT. This programme is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the classroom.
Estimated Salary Range£18-22 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
