Job Title: Loss Prevention Officer

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at the Park Lane hotel. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all security-related information
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a hotel environment
