Job Title: Loss Prevention Officer Park Lane

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all security-related information
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a security or loss prevention role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
