Loss Prevention Officer

**About the Role**

We're seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to deter loss on the sales floor while providing a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors.

• Focus on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and together aim to deliver effective conflict resolution when required.

• Demonstrate your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
