About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets from loss and theft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and theft to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and train associates on loss prevention best practices and protocols
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective conflict resolution and loss awareness
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with associates, customers, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and accountability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
