Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the security of our stores and ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at our store entrances.
  • Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
