Repair Estimate Auditor Job Description

B Street Collision Center is seeking a skilled Repair Estimate Auditor to join our team. As a Repair Estimate Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of repair estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CCC Change Request tool with estimating staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date estimates.
  • Review auto body repair plans to identify missing labor operations, procedures, and necessary repairs.
  • Verify that all parts, materials, and labor hours are accurate on repair plans.
  • Ensure repair plans align with industry standards and insurance expectations.
  • Partner with Damage Assessment Writers, Estimators, and Store Managers to clarify and rectify any discrepancies or missing information.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Collision, insurance Industry, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of auto body repair procedures, labor operations, and industry-standard estimating guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and ability to work 40 hours per week.
