Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Repair Estimate Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying auto body repair plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CCC Change Request tool with estimating staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain up-to-date Accounts Receivables to ensure timely payment and minimize financial discrepancies.
  • Review auto body repair plans to identify missing labor operations, procedures, and necessary repairs, ensuring that all parts, materials, and labor hours are accurate.
  • Verify that repair plans align with industry standards and insurance expectations, ensuring compliance and minimizing disputes.
  • Partner with Damage Assessment Writers, Estimators, and Store Managers to clarify and rectify any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Familiarize yourself with CCC and Mitchell estimating software to ensure efficient and accurate repair plan reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, labor procedures, and repair techniques to stay ahead of industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Collision, insurance, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of auto body repair procedures, labor operations, and industry-standard estimating guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
