About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop Team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of vehicles and calculating costings and repair times accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and repair times in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards.
  • Liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards, and communicate with the workshop and customers to provide updates.
  • Work effectively to meet high volume repair targets and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator in a Bodyshop environment.
  • Ability to plan workload effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
