We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and young people.


What You Will Do:



  • Assist with the care and well-being of our children and young people.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
  • Create timetables and set boundaries and expectations for the young people.
  • Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our children.
