Human Resources Specialist

At HR Star, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team as a People Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations Management: Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, compensation, and employee management, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Employee Relations: Advise clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Project Management: Deliver HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on employment laws and ensure client policies are compliant, mitigating risk and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client setting, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
- Strong communication skills – able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, from employees to senior management.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, working effectively in a team environment.
- A UK driving licence and the willingness to travel to client sites when needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
